Derbyshire Makes: Advanced Manufacturing Sector Conference

Delivered in partnership with East Midlands Chamber and the University of Derby, the conference aims to support growth and resilience within the Advanced Manufacturing sector in Derbyshire County.

On the day a range of content that aims to support the Advanced Manufacturing Sector will be provided to explore and gain new supplychain opportunities and understand the benefits of Apprenticeships in attracting and retaining talent, supporting employment opportunities for the Community.

The Conference also brings together the business community and young people as part of the STEAM initiatives delivered by the Derbyshire Makes project and delivered as part of the 2026 Derbyshire Makes Festival.

**Eligibility: The conference is aimed at those businesses operating within the sphere of Advanced Manufacturing and who are based within the Derbyshire County Council Local Authority Area. Bookings outside these criteria will be respectfully declined**
