This practical and highly interactive workshop demystifies AI automation and shows you how to embed AI workflows directly into your growth strategy. You’ll discover where workflows can deliver the biggest impact, learn how to design them, and build your first workflow during the session. You’ll leave knowing exactly how AI can scale your business without scaling your workload.

Who should attend?

Leaders, founders, operations managers, marketers, finance teams, and product owners from high-growth organisations who want to embed AI into their processes to improve efficiency, consistency and scalability. No prior knowledge of AI or automaton is required.

Eligibility:

Digital High Growth Academy is a programme of workshops brought to you by East Midlands Chamber. It is aimed at businesses in the EMCCA region.

This workshop is open to eligible high growth businesses located in Derby, Derbyshire, Nottingham and Nottinghamshire that can demonstrate 20% annual growth in revenue, employment, or market share over the past three consecutive years. You must be registered on the High Growth Accelerator project.

Receipt of this support is subject to the Subsidy Control Act (2022). To qualify an enterprise cannot have received more than £315,000 Minimal Financial Assistance (MFA) and or De Minimis within any three-year period.
