The Employment Rights Act 2025, which became law on 18 December 2025, represents a major overhaul of UK employment law, with key changes being implemented throughout 2026 and 2027.

In this session, we will explore what the Act means for employers and business owners, and the practical steps they can take to prepare for its phased introduction.

What's covered?

  • What are the key changes introduced under the Act, and what impact are they likely to have?
  • What is the timetable for implementation across 2026 and 2027?
  • How can employers and businesses prepare effectively for compliance?

What outcomes will be achieved?

This session will equip employers and business owners with the knowledge and practical steps needed to prepare for the phased implementation of the Employment Rights Act 2025, one of the most significant updates to UK employment legislation in recent years.

By the end of the webinar, participants will be able to:

  • Understand the key changes within the Act and assess their potential impact on business operations.
  • Navigate the implementation timeline, identifying when specific changes are expected and how to plan accordingly.
  • Take proactive steps to prepare for compliance, including reviewing and updating current policies, processes, and documentation.
