Boost your leadership skills and your business performance through the Help to Grow: Management programme.

Leading a business can feel lonely and overwhelming, especially if you haven't had any formal business training. That's why the Government created the 12-week Help to Grow: Management Course.

Designed and delivered by industry experts, it's full of practical, actionable learning that will help you lead and deliver change in your business. Help to Grow: Management has been designed to allow participants to complete it alongside full-time work.

What does it include?

  • Business focused learning: position your business for success with modules covering vision, mission and values, employee engagement, strategy and much more.
  • Learn from your peers: share experiences and ideas while building a local network with up to 25 small business leaders.
  • Tailored plan for your business: work with an experienced small business mentor to tackle your business challenges and develop a tailored growth action plan.
  • Works around you: choose the Small Business Charter accredited business school closest to your home or business.

Eligibility

The course is aimed at senior leaders in small and medium sized businesses, with direct reports.

Funding

The 12-week course is 90% funded and the fee payable by participants is £750.
