Key Fund can support social enterprises, charitable organisations, and asset locked businesses with blended finance.

The fund provides both loans and grant packages to help community and social enterprises to start-up, become sustainable, or grow. They also provide support to help our investees have the best possible chance of success.

Eligible applicants will be businesses and social enterprises:

Intending to form a legal company, or have formed one already
Having a direct social mission at its heart
Have been declined by a mainstream bank

Investment can be from £5000 to £300,000 with a range of terms.
