Employing Staff

Sources of key employment advice and information needed throughout the employment lifecycle.

Complying with the legal requirements of employing staff can be daunting. A range of information and advice is available to help you to get it right.

The Employment Rights Act 2025 became law on 18 December 2025.  The employment law changes included in the Act will happen in 2026 and 2027.  The ACAS website provides guidance and details of what will change and what has changed already.
