High Peak Borough Council Business Survey
9th March 2026
High Peak Borough Council has commissioned Lichfields to undertake a Housing and Economic Land Needs Assessment [HELNA].
This will form a key part of the Council's evidence base informing the preparation of its new Local Plan.
This survey has been drafted to help High Peak Borough Council understand the key issues faced by businesses across the Borough in relation to the existing or future demand for employment land/premises, as well as identifying issues that could impact on future business growth. The information will be used to inform future planning policies in the study area.
Your views are very important to High Peak Borough Council and will be treated confidentially and anonymously. Results will be aggregated and individuals or individual businesses will not be identified. Any personal data shared will be treated in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulations.
